Emaar Misr, the Egyptian arm of Dubai-based developer Emaar Properties, is launching its first project in New Cairo, Egypt. The project, named Mivida, will be a 5.5 million square meter development that will include residential, retail, office and recreational components. The development will be centered around a central park and will feature a range of amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pools, healthcare facilities, schools, a shopping mall and a business park. Additionally, Mivida will have its own metro station to provide residents and visitors with easy access to Cairo’s main attractions. The development is slated to be completed by 2023.
